Hosted for their Clients and Principals alike, Calvey Marine teamed up with GOWI Consulting to present a ‘webinar’ entitled ‘Managing your Teams Remotely’. The 45 minute session aimed to inform those in the maritime industry managing their own teams how best to maximise both their and their colleagues potential during these changed circumstances, whilst also confronting and addressing some of the challenges that working remotely presents.
Owing to the success of the seminar, glowing feedback and high number of attendees, Calvey Marine will send out another invitation over the coming weeks for those unable to attend.
For businesses, pastoral care has never been more important and if successfully managed can ensure to not only assist the wellbeing of their staff but also to maximise the existing commercial opportunities available. A ‘sales free’ environment with all members aiming to accomplish this goal for their teams was a refreshing reminder of the intimate and close-knit climate that still exists within the maritime industry and certainly one that Calvey Marine is very proud to be a part of.
In an effort to best support their Client’s commercial needs at this time, Calvey Marine can also offer their Clients procurement specialists King-Marine.
